The more complete your information, the more accurate your cost proposal will be. If available, include:

Structural engineer’s drawings or calculations

Confirm Scope and Payment

Once we’ve received your files, we’ll send you a short Fact Finder form to capture project details such as:

Desired specification level (standard / mid / high)
Heating, electrical, kitchen and bathroom expectations
Site constraints, planning restrictions, or access challenges

This ensures our pricing reflects your actual intentions rather than general assumptions.

We will then confirm the fixed price for our cost proposal and charge payment before commencing the detailed quantity surveying work.

You’ll receive a professional PDF report with a detailed cost breakdown by key trade and element. The figures are derived from the information provided and represent a realistic build cost achievable in the current market.

A 1-hour Teams call with one of our estimators is included to:

Discuss options for specification or scope adjustments
