How It Works for Homeowners

1. Upload Your Drawings
Send us your existing and proposed plans (floor plans, elevations, and sections). You can also upload photos or short videos showing your current property, garden, or access points - anything that helps us visualise your site accurately.

2. Provide Supporting Details
If available, include your structural engineer’s drawings or calculations. Once we receive your files, we’ll send you a short Fact Finder form to capture details such as:

  • Specification level (standard / mid / high)

  • Heating and electrical systems

  • Kitchen, bathroom, and flooring expectations

  • Known site constraints or planning conditions


This ensures we’re pricing your actual vision, not generic assumptions.
 

3. Confirm Scope and Payment

Once we receive your files, we will review the scope of work and send you a short Fact Finder form to capture key details (e.g., desired specification level, expectations for heating/kitchens). We will then confirm the fixed price for our cost proposal and charge payment before commencing the detailed quantity surveying work.


4. We Prepare Your Cost Proposal
Our experienced estimators analyse your project using live UK material and labour rates, including realistic overheads and preliminaries such as site setup, welfare, and management.

5. Review & Discuss
You’ll receive a comprehensive cost proposal - a realistic figure based on the information provided - and a 1-hour Teams call to run through the findings, key cost drivers, and potential savings.
